These terms govern your use of paulphillipsmedia.com, operated by Paul Phillips, a sole proprietor doing business as Paul Phillips Media in Houston, Texas (referred to here as I, me, or my). By using the site or a client gallery, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the portfolio and use the contact and booking features for their intended purpose. Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping or copying content except as allowed below, and no using it to break the law or violate another person or business rights.

Accounts and client galleries

If you are a client, I may create an account tied to your email so you can access your private gallery. You can sign in with a one-time email link, a password, or Google. Keep your login secure and do not share gallery links or access with anyone you do not intend to have it. Client galleries are private, are provided for a limited time, and may expire. I may suspend or remove access if these terms are misused.

Photographs and intellectual property

All photographs, images, text, and design on this site are owned by Paul Phillips Media and protected by copyright. I retain the copyright to every photograph I create, including the images delivered to clients.

If you are a client, the images in your gallery come with a personal-use print release: you may download them, print them, and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell them, use them commercially, enter them into contests, or heavily alter them without my written permission, and you may not remove or obscure any watermark. Commercial or advertising use needs a separate license, so just ask.

Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed for commercial use without my written permission.

Bookings and payments

Photography sessions are booked under a separate services agreement that covers fees, retainers, scheduling, cancellations, and delivery. Once signed, those booking terms govern the session itself. These website terms cover your use of the site and galleries.

Disclaimers

The site and galleries are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. I work to keep everything running and accurate, but I do not guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paul Phillips Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or galleries. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me, if any, for the service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims or costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date above will change when I do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
