Privacy Policy

Last updated July 29, 2026

Paul Phillips Media is a photography business operated by Paul Phillips in Houston, Texas (referred to here as I, me, or my). This policy explains what information I collect through paulphillipsmedia.com, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

Information you give me. When you use the contact form I collect your name, email address, and message, and optionally your phone number, session type, and preferred date. If I set up a client account for you, I store the email address used to access your gallery.

Your photographs. For booked clients, I host the images from your session so you can view, favorite, and download them through a private gallery.

Information collected automatically. I use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) that measures page views and general usage in aggregate. It does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally. Standard server logs may record your browser, device, and IP address for security and reliability.

How I use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and plan your session.
  • To create and deliver your private client gallery, including favorites and downloads.
  • To send transactional emails, such as a sign-in link or a note that your gallery is ready.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

I rely on a few trusted services to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to me, each under its own privacy practices:

  • Supabase: account sign-in and database storage for your inquiry, account email, and gallery data.
  • Cloudinary: hosting and delivery of photographs.
  • Resend: sending transactional email.
  • Vercel: website hosting and cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Google: optional sign-in with Google, only if you choose it.
  • Cal.com: scheduling, if you book a consultation call.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in to your gallery. These are required for sign-in to work. The analytics I use does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long I keep your information

I keep inquiries and client gallery data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for my records. Client galleries are time-limited and may expire. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing hello@paulphillipsmedia.com. I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a client, you can also ask me to remove your gallery and the photos in it.

Children

The website is intended for adults. If I photograph a minor as part of a booked session, I do so with the consent of a parent or guardian, and I handle those images with the same care described here.

Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but I take steps to keep your data protected.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date above will change when I do, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
